Understanding our client's needs
- The search process begins with a meeting with our customers, which describes us the company's needs, their market, their organizational culture and work skills needed.
- We Advise our Clients in the design of the job description form and the position skills requirements.
Research and knowledge management
- Our Research Area performs an exhaustive search of key enterprises and their organizational charts of the pre-defined industries to look for the potential candidates.
Also, we use our Sources of search: Our WEB site www.forehunters.cl , publications in specialized media, Social Network and our CV Tools software application.
Targeting and approaching candidates
- Phone interview to the potential candidate is performed to have a broad vision about his expertise, motivation, personal and career path. If it matches the search profile, we will ask the candidate for his resume.
- Resume Revision: Appointment of candidates’ shortlist for interview in depth, which will be evaluated about their motivations, skills, achievements and technical-functional behavior. Employment references are verified.
6. Psychology Tests and Surveys. Our psychologists consultants interview the candidates and apply them tests like Luscher, Zulliger, Rorschach or others according to the position searched.
7. Technical questionnaires and Technical Interviews. Our Senior Consultants apply to the candidates specific questionnaires according to the job profile. Then an interview is carried out to qualify the best candidates who will shape the short list.
Shortlist presentation
- The considered suitable candidates for the position are presented to our Client for the corresponding evaluation. We will attach a complete report of each candidate, which will orient and guide our Client in their views.
- Forehunters, if needed, support our Client in the decision making.
Follow up
- Once the process is completed by hiring a candidate, Forehunters team performs a follow-up about the performance of the contracted professional.
